A little about me

Johnny Devora is the Broker and CEO of Devora Realty, a boutique commercial, residential and development real estate brokerage, Devora Realty specializes in the marketing, acquisition, adaptive re-positioning, development and disposition of multi-family and commercial properties. With over 2,000 units of experience, Devora is committed to revolutionizing the traditional brokerage model, offering both clients and buyers an elevated, solutions-based real estate experience. Johnny began his real estate career in 2008 working in a consultancy capacity to reposition and stabilize multi-family assets. After earning his real estate license in 2009, Johnny worked alongside investors and developers in three condo conversion projects totaling over 226 units. Johnny has established him self as a multi-family expert working on the acquisition and disposition of several thousand multifamily units and has earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). The CCIM designation recognizes him as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industries. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Johnny’s previous professional experience includes event coordination, constituent services and grant writing with various government and non-profit agencies. He is an investor in local Austin startups, an Ironman Triathlete, serves as Vice Chair on the board of Waterloo Counseling Center and Big Brother through the Big Brother Big Sister Organization of Central Texas. Johnny received his B.S. in Political Science with a minor in business Administration from Texas State University.
